Where do you sell your products?
PoBo Lifestyle consoles are sold exclusively on our website. We ship to the contiguous US. If you would like a console shipped to Alaska or Hawaii, please contact us for a quote.
Are the consoles original or replicas?
All PoBo Lifestyle consoles are original pieces dating 50+ years. They are, however, brought to the 21st century by custom additions, such as modern turntables, Bluetooth-integrated amplifiers, and brand new speakers.
Do the original radios work?
We are proud to say that in most cases, yes. However, due to the rarity of the original components, some radios are beyond repair. In those cases, we always keep the radio and install new lighting for decorative purposes. If you wish to know if the radio works, please check the Audio Specs in the product page of each console.
Can you explain the shipping process? Also, how much is it? How long does it take?
We consider our consoles to be nothing less than pieces of art. Therefore, they are shipped as such. Each console is shipped in a custom-built wooden crate to guarantee the integrity of its components.
Shipping for the Contiguous United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) varies between $500-$700 depending on the weight and size of the console. Shipping is a fundamental aspect for PoBo, so we cover part of the costs. The shipping rate for a console will be added to your cart at checkout. In a 50-mile radius around Boulder, Colorado, shipping is free and takes up to 7 days, depending on schedule.
For other destinations, shipping times vary depending on trucking routes and destination. After the purchase, delivery usually takes between 3 and 4 weeks.

How does delivery and installation work?
In a 50-mile radius around Boulder, Colorado, we will personally deliver and install your console. For other destinations, once you receive your console, contact us, and we’ll provide a live guided walkthrough for the installation. We will be in permanent contact during the shipping.
Can I visit you and see the consoles for myself?
If you happen to be in or visiting Boulder, Colorado, contact us to schedule an in-person demonstration.
Can we Zoom and see how the consoles work?
Of course. If you prefer to experience the consoles through a video call, let us know, and we’ll set it up.

What is the cancelation policy?
You can cancel your purchase within 24 hours. To do so, please contact us.
Can I return a console?
Due to the nature of these products, returns are not accepted unless they arrived damaged or defective. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, let us know, and we’ll work on a solution.
Do the consoles have a warranty?
All consoles come with a 1-year warranty against malfunction of new electronic components, such as turntables, tubes- amplifiers, and speakers. Original radios are not covered by the warranty.
Damages caused by incorrect use of the console are not covered.
